On Thursday morning (Aug. 6), Kelly Fields, the corporate pastry chef for the Besh Restaurant Group, and Lisa White, the baker at Domenica, opened Willa Jean. The new bakery and cafe is in the Paramount, part of the new South Market District development in the CBD.
